No, you’re able to shop as a guest. We recommend signing up to our emails so we can let you know when we have special offers or promotions.
If you’re on, you will be charged AUD. If you’re on you will be charged NZD – just make sure your flag is selected in the options. If your flag is not selected, you will be charged AUD.
Yes we do ship to rural addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
You should receive an email as soon as your payment is successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours and you’ve checked your junk mail folder, please contact us.
You can enter your promo code into the ‘Promo Code’ field within the ‘Shopping Cart’ section of the site. If you have trouble redeeming the order, please contact us for further assistance.
New Zealand: Standard shipping is $7.99 NZD for all order less than $40.

Free Shipping will be applied to order worth more than $40.

We do however some countries are excluded. If we cannot process your order you will be provided a refund.
Unfortunately we don't ship to Russia due to strict customs procedures.
Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may incur import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. The threshold in the UK is low.
Our courier provider does not ship to the following places: Crimea Region, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria.
Within New Zealand: 5-7 business days.
Within Australia: 5-10 business days.
